MOSTAR, (Patria) - At today's session, the FBiH Government adopted information on convening an extraordinary General Assembly of the company Aluminij d.d. Mostar for September 23. The Government requested that the proposed agenda include a mandate for the Management and Supervisory Board of Aluminij d.d. Mostar to submit a realistic and feasible restructuring plan for Aluminij to the Government within 30 days.
This plan should contain all necessary elements for sustainable business operations.
The debt of Aluminij d.d. Mostar exceeds 300 million KM, with the largest portion of the debt related to electricity, which is the main energy source for production in the company.
