(Patria) - The Government of the Federation of BiH, at today's emergency, telephonically held session, at the proposal of the Federal Ministry of Trade, passed a Decision giving consent to the wholesale price of natural gas for distribution companies in the Federation of BiH, starting from 1.11.2021, which amounts to 599 KM/1,000 Sm 3, or 0.599 KM/Sm 3.
This price does not include value added tax. On the day this decision takes effect, the Decision on giving consent to the wholesale price of natural gas from 2020 shall cease to be valid.
The Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry and the Federal Ministry of Trade are responsible for the implementation of today's Decision, each within their competences.
In the explanation of the Decision, it is stated that the company Energoinvest d.d. Sarajevo sent a request to the Federal Ministry of Trade for a change in the wholesale price of natural gas to distribution companies in FBiH, to which the Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry also gave its opinion.
Attached to the request was the Decision of the director of the company Energoinvest d.d. Sarajevo on determining the selling price of gas for distribution companies (privileged tariff customers).
In its analysis, which is an integral part of the request, Energoinvest stated the movement of the selling price of gas on the market in the last year.
