
(Patria) - The FBiH Government today, at a telephone session, upon the proposal of the Federal Ministry of Development, Entrepreneurship and Crafts, adopted a Decision establishing the final list of beneficiaries of financial assistance to private employers, crafts and other sole proprietorships in FBiH for August 2025, with the aim of maintaining existing jobs.
This decision determines the amount of allocated funds according to the Decree on financial assistance measures for private employers, crafts and other sole proprietorships in the Federation of BiH with the aim of maintaining existing jobs for 2025.
An integral part of the final list is also the list of beneficiaries whose appeal against the Decision on establishing the final list of beneficiaries of financial assistance for July of this year has been accepted.
The total funds for the implementation of this decision in the amount of BAM 4,196,750 have been secured in the budget of the Federation of BiH for 2025 for the Federal Ministry of Development, Entrepreneurship and Crafts and are allocated to 9,824 beneficiaries.
A portion of the funds in the amount of BAM 98,200 is allocated to 109 beneficiaries whose appeal against the Decision on establishing the final list of beneficiaries of financial assistance for July 2025 has been accepted.
The final list of financial assistance beneficiaries will be published on the websites of the FBiH Government and the Federal Ministry of Development, Entrepreneurship and Crafts.
The transfer of financial assistance funds to the beneficiaries' transaction accounts will be carried out by Union Bank in cooperation with the Federal Ministry of Finance and the Federal Ministry of Development, Entrepreneurship and Crafts based on this decision.
The federal ministries of development, entrepreneurship and crafts, and finance, as well as the FBiH Tax Administration and Union Bank, are responsible for the implementation of the Decision, each within their jurisdiction and obligations in accordance with the Decree.
The reason for adopting this decision is the implementation of the Decree, which aims at sustainability, preservation of existing jobs, and ensuring liquidity support for 2025 for private employers, crafts, and other sole proprietorships.
Linking Work Experience
The FBiH Government, upon the proposal of the Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry, adopted a Decision on the payment of outstanding, unpaid obligations for pension and disability insurance for linking the work experience of workers of the Kakanj Brown Coal Mine d.o.o. Kakanj.
The decision approves the linking of work experience for unpaid contributions for pension and disability insurance for 16 workers who have met the conditions for retirement in the total amount of BAM 840,713.56, and for one worker for whom funds have been paid but who has not met the conditions for retirement in the total amount of BAM 67,374.69.
These funds will be paid from the funds of RMU Kakanj, and JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. Sarajevo, RMU Kakanj, the Federal Pension and Disability Insurance Institute, and the FBiH Tax Administration are responsible for the implementation of the Decision.
