FBiH Government Works Even on Sundays Due to Appointments: SDA and SBB Divided Director Positions in BH Telecom

The Government of the Federation of BiH, at today's telephone session, adopted a Decision to give prior consent to the Supervisory Board of the Joint Stock Company BH Telecom Sarajevo for the dismissal of acting members of the Management Board of this company and gave prior consent for the adoption of a decision on the appointment of acting members of the Management Board until the completion of the tender procedure, for a maximum of 90 days, announced the FBiH Government, as reported by the Patria news agency.

Consent was given for Duljko Hasić to be appointed as acting Executive Director of the Executive Directorate for Business Development, Alma Čolo as acting Executive Director of the Executive Directorate for Legal Affairs, Organization and Human Resources Management, and Orhideja Junuzović as acting Executive Director of the Executive Directorate for Economic and Financial Affairs. Prior consents were given for Tarik Čaršimamović to be appointed as acting Executive Director of the Executive Directorate for Technology and Service Development, Muamer Hadžović as acting Executive Director of the Executive Directorate for Investments, and Sedin Kahriman as acting Executive Director of the Executive Directorate for Information Technology.

The Supervisory Board is tasked with conducting the tender procedure for the selection and appointment of members of the Management Board in the Joint Stock Company BH Telecom Sarajevo within 90 days from the date this decision enters into force. The decision enters into force on the day of its adoption and will be published in the "Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH", the statement reads.
