FBiH Government: Requests of Unis Tools and Pretis Vogošća Accepted

The FBiH Government accepted information on the status of companies "Unis Tools" d.o.o. Sarajevo and "Pretis" d.d. Vogošća, and concluded that, in its capacity as the Assembly of the Development Bank of FBiH, it would respond positively to the requests of these business entities, reports the BH News Agency Patria.

For "Unis Tools", this concerns the approval of a loan of 200,000 convertible marks needed to complete contracted jobs and consolidate the Company. The loan funds will be disbursed in six tranches from November this year to April 2015.

The accepted request from "Pretis" Vogošća relates to a temporary deferral of interest collection on existing agreements, but with the obligation to pay BAM 1,000,000 to the Development Bank of FBiH for the principal amount after the delivery of contracted production and collection from the customer.

The Government has instructed the Development Bank to draft and sign agreements on mutual rights and obligations with these two business enterprises.
