FBiH Government Increased Financial Aid to Gračanica

The FBiH Government today amended the Decision on allocating part of the funds from the Budget of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2014 - Current transfers to areas affected by natural disasters, which it adopted at its 119th session on June 12 this year, thus changing the total allocation amount from 5,024,944.04 to 5,153,094.04 BAM, and the amount to be allocated to the Municipality of Gračanica from 35,716.08 to 163,866.08, reports the BiH news agency Patria (NAP).

Subsequently, the Municipality of Gračanica submitted a final report according to which a total of 297 damaged and 70 destroyed houses were recorded in the area of this municipality. By applying the established criteria, this municipality is entitled to compensation in the total amount of 163,866.30 BAM, which is 128,150.22 BAM higher than the amount determined in the previous decision.

Previously, 35,716 BAM was planned for this municipality for the repair of damage caused by floods, to which the mayor of the municipality, Nusret Helić, stated that this money would not be accepted at all, as the needs of this municipality are far greater, writes Patria.
