FBiH Government Launches 'Worker Protection' System: All Workers Can Report Abuses Safely and Anonymously

(Patria) - The Government of the Federation of BiH has established a dedicated official email address and an electronic form on its official website, through which workers and citizens can safely and anonymously report potential abuses related to the application of the decision on increasing the minimum wage, as well as the realization of all other workers' rights in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, starting today.

Following the entry into force of the Decision on the lowest wage in 2025, there has been an evident increase in the number of calls from citizens, email inquiries, and messages via social networks directed to the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and other federal institutions regarding possible irregularities in the realization of workers' rights.

Therefore, the Government has established the "Worker Protection" channel to ensure faster and more efficient processing of reports and timely reaction from competent institutions.

In line with its commitment to improving the position and status of workers in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina is also determined to protect workers' rights. These channels enable safe anonymous and identified reporting, thereby ensuring additional protection for workers and their rights.

Starting today, workers can report all irregularities such as wage payments below the prescribed minimum amount, forced signing of wage reduction agreements, payment of part of the wage "under the table" while officially declaring a lower amount, dismissals or threats to workers due to the application of new legal provisions, as well as other observed irregularities.

Reports can be submitted in two ways: via email at [email protected] or anonymously via an electronic form (link: https://fbihvlada.gov.ba/bs/zastita-radnika-fbih-19943 ).

The email address for reports and the electronic form are located in the "Worker Protection" tab on the homepage of the official website of the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, www.fbihvlada.gov.ba .

We emphasize that all reported cases will be confidential, and the reporter's data will be protected in accordance with the law. Our goal is to protect workers' rights and prevent any irregularities in the application of regulations.

We call on all workers to report observed abuses so that we can jointly ensure respect for labor rights and fair working conditions for everyone, it was announced from the FBiH Government.
