FBiH Government Uses Toll Revenue to Repay JP Autoceste FBiH Loans in the Amount of 96 Million KM!

(Patria) - The FBiH Government has adopted a decision on the method of recording funds allocated to the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina based on the Decision of the High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina dated 17.07.2025.

When 120 million KM was paid for the debt to Viaduct from the accumulated reserve for settlement from toll revenues, an equivalent amount was also paid to the Federation of BiH.

The FBiH Government has now decided to use this money to repay loans of JP Autoceste FBiH in the amount of 96 million KM, while the remaining 24 million KM will be recorded as Other Unplanned Revenues.

As stated in the decision of the FBiH Government, the company Autoceste FBiH did not settle its obligations to the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the period from 01.01. to 25.05.2025.

“The funds allocated to the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the amount of 96,000,000.00 KM will be recorded by JP Autoceste Federacije BiH d.o.o. in its business books as toll revenue, and in the same amount, it will close the matured and unpaid obligations to the Budget of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina under the loans from point IV of this decision,” the announcement states.

The Federal Ministry of Finance will close in the Treasury General Ledger the matured and uncollected receivables from JP Autoceste Federacije BiH d.o.o. arising from subsidiary loan agreements concluded between the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and JP Autoceste Federacije BiH d.o.o.

A list of matured and uncollected receivables from JP Autoceste Federacije BiH d.o.o. under loans has also been published. The debt for interest alone amounts to 30 million marks.

The Federal Ministry of Finance will deliver to JP Autoceste Federacije BiH d.o.o. specifications of creditor notifications and/or invoices for obligations under point IV of this decision.
