FBiH Government: Electricity prices for households will not increase

(Patria) - Regarding the amendment to the proposal for amendments to the Law on Electricity adopted yesterday in the House of Peoples of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina states that, as before, it respects all decisions of the legislative body.

- We await the outcome related to this law in the FBiH Parliament with great attention and will do everything in our power to, as before, take steps that are in the interest of protecting our economy.

However, we note that the Government of the Federation of BiH is still unable to make any decision on limiting electricity prices for the economy, given that the amendments to this law have not been adopted in identical text in both houses, and therefore such a law has not yet been adopted.

We emphasize that the Government of the Federation remains firm in its position that electricity prices for households will not increase - announced the Public Relations Office of the FBiH Government.
