FBiH Government Appoints New Personnel to Supervisory and Management Boards of Companies and Institutions

(Patria) - The FBiH Government, at today's session, gave preliminary approval to the Assembly of the Business Company Tehnički remontni zavod Hadžići d.d. Hadžići for the appointment of Rijad Boloban and Adnan Frljak as acting members of the Supervisory Board of this business company on behalf of state capital, until the completion of the tender procedure, and for a maximum of three months.

Prior to this, preliminary approval was given to the Assembly of the Business Company Tehnički remontni zavod Hadžići d.d. Hadžići for the dismissal of acting members of the Supervisory Board of this business company on behalf of state capital, due to the expiry of the period for which they were appointed.

The Federal Government adopted a Decision appointing Alma Cerić as a member of the Management Board of the Cinematography Foundation. Previously, a Decision was adopted dismissing the temporarily appointed member of this management board.

A Decision was also adopted appointing Nikolina Topić as acting president of the Supervisory Board of JP Filmski centar Sarajevo d.o.o., until the completion of the tender procedure, and for a maximum of three months. Previously, a Decision was adopted dismissing the acting president of this supervisory board.

Furthermore, a Decision was adopted appointing Adnan Džindo (president), and Jasenko Elezović and Tanja Vučić (members) as president and members of the Management Board of the Sports Foundation. Previously, a Decision was adopted dismissing the temporarily appointed president and members of this management board.

The Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina adopted a Decision on the dismissal of the Deputy Director of the Semi-Open Penitentiary in Sarajevo, due to meeting the requirements for retirement.

Darko Pranjić was authorized today to participate in the work and decision-making at the upcoming Assembly of the Business Company JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. Sarajevo.
