FBiH Government postpones sale of FDS until September 15 at the proposal of Minister Drljača

The Federal Government today considered and accepted the request for review of the Decision from the session of July 22, 2016, on the method of privatization of state capital in the company Fabrika duhana Sarajevo d.d. Sarajevo at the request of Vesko Drljača, Minister of Labour and Social Policy, reports the Patria News Agency.

It was concluded that the Office of the Prime Minister of FBiH, in cooperation with the offices of the Deputy Prime Ministers and the Privatization Agency of FBiH, will prepare a comprehensive report for the next session of the FBiH Government, which will consolidate all relevant activities and procedures regarding the privatization of FDS and other companies in which the Federation of BiH is a minority owner (Sarajevo osiguranje and Bosnalijek). A complete balance sheet of these three companies will also be prepared and the public will be informed about it.

The Government has tasked the Privatization Agency of FBiH to postpone the previously scheduled auction at the Sarajevo Stock Exchange until September 15.
