FBiH Government to Settle Obligations for 47 KTK Visoko Workers Awaiting Pensions

At today's emergency session held by telephone, the Government of the Federation of BiH adopted a Decision authorizing the Privatisation Agency in FBiH to transfer from a special account, from the sale of the „Goruša“ item of the company KTK “Visoko“ d.d. Visoko in small privatisation, with the consent of the Development Bank of FBiH and the Tax Administration of FBiH, the amount of 234,575.80 KM, of which 130,958.73 KM to the account of the Federal Pension and Disability Insurance Institute, a total of 95,320.83 KM to the account of the Health Insurance and Reinsurance Institute of FBiH and the Cantonal Health Insurance Institute, and a total of 8,296.24 KM to the account of the Federal Employment Institute and the Cantonal Employment Service, reports the Patria agency.

KTK “Visoko“ is obliged to submit to the Privatisation Agency in FBiH, for each of the 47 employees whose names are listed in the Decision, the amount of health insurance contributions to be paid to the account of the Health Insurance and Reinsurance Institute of FBiH and the Cantonal Health Insurance Institute, as well as the amount of unemployment insurance contributions to be paid to the account of the Federal Employment Institute and the Cantonal Employment Service.

With the adoption of today's decision, the FBiH Government has fully implemented the conclusions of the 70th regular session, held yesterday in Mostar.

This decision enters into force on the day following its publication in the “Official Gazette of FBiH”, thereby repealing the Decision on the distribution of funds from the account of KTK “Visoko“ d.d. Visoko MB/ID 4218136130005 - reg. no. 1097046666 - at the Federal Pension and Disability Insurance Institute.

The implementation of today's Decision of the FBiH Government is entrusted to the Privatisation Agency in FBiH, the Development Bank of FBiH, the Tax Administration of FBiH, the Federal Pension and Disability Insurance Institute, and KTK “Visoko“ d.d. Visoko, each within their respective competencies.
