FBiH Government Allocated First 10 Million BAM for Purchase of Energoinvest Building

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Federal Government at today's emergency, telephone-held session, adopted a Decision on the reallocation of 10,000,000 BAM from the FBiH Budget for 2018 from the allocation of the Service for Common Affairs of Bodies and Institutions in FBiH to the allocation of the Government of the Federation of BiH.

From the total amount from the position of the Service for Common Affairs of Bodies and Institutions in FBiH, from budget codes intended for the accommodation of institutions of the Government of the Federation of BiH, 8,950,000 BAM will be transferred from “Procurement of Buildings”, and 1,050,000 BAM from “Reconstruction and Investment Maintenance”.

The total amount will increase the funds of the Current Reserve of the FBiH Government.

The Decision enters into force on the day of its adoption and will be published in the “Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH”.

Today's decision, for the implementation of which the Federal Ministry of Finance, the Service for Common Affairs, and the General Secretariat of the FBiH Government are responsible, represents the realization of conclusions from the 157th session of the Federal Government, held on 21.9.2018 in Mostar, adopted with the aim of enabling the purchase of the Energoinvest business building in Sarajevo for the needs of accommodating the FBiH Government.

Today, a Decision was also adopted to approve the allocation of 10,000,000 BAM from the Current Reserve of the Federation Government of the FBiH Budget for 2018 to the FBiH Government for the purpose of paying the first part of the purchase price under the Contract for the Sale and Purchase of the Energoinvest building.

The Federal Ministry of Finance and the General Secretariat of the FBiH Government are responsible for the implementation of this decision.

Incidentally, the FBiH Government must allocate 54 million BAM for the Energoinvest building.
