FBiH Government Appointed Leadership of BH Pošta: Mujić, Matoruga, and Bašić Appointed for Four-Year Term

(Patria) - The FBiH Government has given preliminary approval to the Supervisory Board of JP BH Pošta d.o.o. Sarajevo for the dismissal of the company's Management Board members - director and executive directors - due to the expiry of their mandates, and for the appointment, for a period of four years, of Mirsad Mujić as General Director, Nedim Matoruga as Executive Director for Development and Information Systems, and Mensud Bašić as Executive Director for Postal Traffic. Preliminary approval has also been given for the appointment of Suada Mahović as Acting Executive Director for Economic and Financial Affairs, until the completion of the tender procedure, and for a maximum of 12 months.

Preliminary approvals have also been given to the Supervisory Board of JP Hrvatska pošta d.o.o. Mostar for the dismissal of Management Board members, due to the expiry of their mandates, as well as for the appointment of Mate Rupčić as Director - President of the Management Board, Ivan Sušac as Management Board Member - Executive Director for System Development and Marketing, and Ljube Vujica as Management Board Member - Executive Director for Postal Technology, for a period of four years.

For participation in the work and decision-making at the general meetings of business companies, the FBiH Government today authorized Fahrudin Smailagić (Igman d.d. Konjic) and Renato Škrobu (JP Hrvatske telekomunikacije d.d. Mostar).
