FBiH Government Appoints Supervisory Board of the Development Bank of FBiH

(Patria) - After giving prior consent for the dismissal of acting members of the Supervisory Board of the Development Bank of FBiH, the Government of the Federation of BiH gave prior consent for the appointment of Igor Živko as President, and Mehmedalija Hadžović, Adisa Omerbegović Arapović, Mario Gadžić, Sejfudin Krnjić, Zoran Zeljko and Salih Dedić as members of this supervisory board, for a period of five years.

The Federal Government, due to the expiration of the term for which they were appointed, dismissed the President and members of the Management Board of the University Clinical Hospital Mostar, and appointed a temporary Management Board, consisting of Branka Galić (President), Zvonko Landeka, Marina Bera, Edin Obradović, Vesna Brkić, Stana Rotim, Fila Raguž, Ružica Biloš, Snježana Marić, Nedžad Hadžić and Petar Radoš (members).
For the same reason, the Management Board of the University Clinical Center Sarajevo was dismissed, and a temporary one was appointed, consisting of Jasmin Kapetanović (President), Dželaludin Junuzović, Teufik Orahovac, Amer Ovčina, Feriha Hadžagić - Čatibušić, Samir Muminović, Diana Štimjanin-Kolđo, Nusret Popović, Dalibor Kolak, Amra Karić and Ankica Kolar - Jurčević.

Both of these management boards have been appointed for a period of 60 to 90 days.

Today, a Decision was also made to give consent to the decisions of the Management Board of the Federal News Agency regarding the appointment of Elmir Huremović as Director and Ilija Musa as Deputy Director of this public institution, for a mandate period of four years. The FBiH Government gave prior consent to the Supervisory Board of RMU Banovići d.d. Banovići for the dismissal of acting members of the Management - Director and Executive Directors of this company, due to the expiration of the term for which they were appointed, as well as for the appointment of acting positions for Fadil Kudumović (Director), Elvir Jamaković (Executive Director for Technical Affairs), Damir Mrkonjić (Executive Director for Investments and Development of New Activities), Jasmina Husić - Mujić (Executive Director for Legal and Human Resources Affairs) and Ibrahim Demirović (Executive Director for Economic Affairs), for a period of up to six months.

For participation in the work and decision-making at the assemblies of companies, the following have been authorized: Kenan Osmanagić (Hrvatska pošta d.o.o. Mostar), Jadranko Puljić (Ceste d.d. Mostar), and Jasmina Pašić (Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. Sarajevo) and (RMU Banovići d.d. Banovići).
