FBiH Government Addresses Personnel Decisions Today

The FBiH Government today appointed proxies for representation in the work and decision-making of the general meetings of business companies: Adnan Mahmutović ("Unis Ginex" d.d. Goražde), Pavo Boban (JP Autoceste FBiH d.o.o. Mostar), and Emina Selman ("Agrokomerc" d.d. Velika Kladuša), reports the Patria News Agency.

The Federal Government gave its prior consent to the proposal for the appointment of Hajrudin Grabovica and Kadrija Kolić as members of the Supervisory Board of "Unis Ginex" d.d. Goražde.

The FBiH Government gave prior consent for the dismissal of members of the Supervisory Board of JP Autoceste FBiH d.o.o. Mostar before the expiry of their mandate due to loss of confidence, as well as for the appointment of Zlatan Lovrić (President), Bilal Tulumović, Almir Spaho, Ante Vrdoljak, and Sead Kaknja as acting members of this Supervisory Board for a period of up to three months, or until the completion of the tender procedure, starting from the date the Assembly Decision on appointing members of the Supervisory Board enters into force.

To the Supervisory Board of JP Međunarodni Aerodrom Sarajevo d.o.o. Sarajevo for the appointment of Alan Bajić as acting member of the Management - Executive Director for Airport Development, until the completion of the tender procedure, and for a maximum period of six months.

After dismissing the acting director, and the members of the Management and Supervisory Boards of the Institution within the scope of social protection - Ljubuški today, the FBiH Government temporarily appointed Domagoj Matijašević (Director), Jozo Barišić, Milan Ševo, Viktor Grbavac, Memnuna Mahić, Kenan Spahić (Management Board), Suvad Džafić, Ivan Jeličić, and Jozo Zadra (Supervisory Board) to these positions. The appointments are for a period of three months, or until the completion of the legal appointment procedure.
