FBiH Government Sits in Mostar Today

The Government of the Federation of BiH will, at today's session which began in Mostar, declare on the initiative of the Institution of the Human Rights Ombudsman of BiH for the adoption of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Displaced Persons and Returnees in the Federation of BiH and Refugees from Bosnia and Herzegovina, reports the Patria news agency.  

Also to be considered is a Proposal for a regulation prescribing the technical conditions that an educational institution must meet to implement the curriculum for a three-year or four-year duration for student education, as well as for additional training and retraining for the profession of firefighter and firefighting technician.

At the proposal of the Federal Ministry of Transport and Communications, the agenda of today's session includes a Proposal for a decision on amending the Program of Expenditure of the Capital Transfer of Roads FBiH d.o.o. Sarajevo (funds from the GSM license), based on which road repairs in the municipalities of Stolac and Čitluk would be added to the List of Approved Projects.

The FBiH Government will also consider information on the request of Roads FBiH d.o.o. Sarajevo for securing initial funds for projects from the Program “Modernization of Roads in the Federation of BiH“, as well as the initiative of the Motorways of the Federation of BiH public company aimed at protecting domestic companies that were engaged as subcontractors, sub-contractors and suppliers on the construction of Corridor Vc.

The Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports has proposed the adoption of four decisions on approving the allocation of budget funds for the work of cultural societies „Prosvjeta“, „Preporod“, „Napredak“ and „La Benevolencija“.

As announced, two reports of the Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry will be discussed: on the operations of commercial companies of the defense industry in FBiH for the past year, and on the operations of mines within the Elektroprivreda BiH Concern and the Brown Coal Mine “Banovići“, it was announced from the FBiH Government.
