Believers across Bosnia and Herzegovina mark the arrival of Ramadan - In Župča near Breza, the blessed month welcomed with ilahije, prayer and fireworks

(Patria) - With the setting of the sun, the most chosen month of the Hijri year - Ramadan - has begun.

In towns and settlements across Bosnia and Herzegovina, the chosen month of worship, fasting and mercy was welcomed with ilahije, lighting of lanterns and fireworks.

This was also the case in the Breza settlement of Župča. The youngest recited ilahije before the evening prayer, and after the prayer, the beginning of the month that brings God's mercy and joy to the faithful was marked with fireworks.

After a walk through Župča and a play, the youngest were given gift packages and dates, and then after the prayer they enjoyed the fireworks and the arrival of the month of Ramadan
