Višković: We will seek that all cases from Debevec's time be returned for reconsideration

(Patria) - Radovan Višković, Prime Minister of Republika Srpska, said today that on Friday he will ask the Government of RS to have the relevant ministry decide that all cases that arose during the time when the President of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina was Ranko Debevec, as well as the former Director of the OSA BiH Osman Mehmedagić, be annulled and returned for reconsideration, because it is obvious that there was a collusion between lawyers, the President of the Court and the Director of OSA.

„This does not only apply to members of the Serbian people, but to everyone. This has begun to melt the tip of the iceberg and can be better for everyone in BiH. This is the time to get rid of unconstitutional institutions, so that individuals within them do not do as they please. And especially not for large sums of money. Ask yourself what the citizens of a country should expect when they hear that the President of the Court, the Director of OSA and one of the leading lawyers have been arrested.

Most of them will say they do not want to live in such a country“, said Višković and added:

„If Petar Kočić could appear here now, he would have material for a Nobel Prize. Here you see so many absurdities and stupidities, unfounded accusations. But still, this process has unpacked many things in this institution“.
