Insurance Premium Rate and Membership Fee for 2016 for Commercial Banks Remain Unchanged

The Management Board of the Deposit Insurance Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (DIA BiH), at its session held on 26.11.2015 in Sarajevo, determined the insurance premium rate and membership fee for 2016.

In this regard, the Management Board decided that the insurance premium rate and membership fee for 2016 for commercial banks remain unchanged compared to 2015, i.e., the insurance premium rate remains 0.26%, and the membership fee 0.02%, both on an annual basis.

The Management Board elected the Audit Firm Revik d.o.o. Sarajevo as the external auditor of DIA BiH.

The session considered information on commercial banks experiencing problems in their current operations. This issue will also be discussed at the next session of the Management Board of DIA BiH, to which the directors of the entity banking agencies will be invited.
