
(Patria) - The FBiH Government, at today's session, passed a Decision appointing Vinko Božić as Deputy Director of the Semi-Open Penitentiary in Sarajevo for a term of four years.
Previously, a Decision was passed on the dismissal of the current Deputy Director of the Semi-Open Penitentiary in Sarajevo.
The FBiH Government passed a Decision appointing Tomislav Leko as Deputy Director of the Financial-Information Agency for a term of four years.
Previously, a Decision was passed dismissing the current Deputy Director of this agency due to the expiry of their mandate.
Previous consent was also given to the Assembly of the company Energoinvest d.d. Sarajevo for the appointment of Željko Batinović, Dženan Skelić, Nedim Šečić, and Fehim Velić as members of the Supervisory Board of this company on behalf of state capital, for a mandate period of four years.
Before that, previous consent was given to the Assembly of the company Energoinvest d.d. Sarajevo for the dismissal of acting members of the Supervisory Board of this company on behalf of state capital, due to the completion of the tender procedure.
Dragana Batinić Plakalović (Union banka d.d Sarajevo), Esma Jahić (Sarajevo-osiguranje d.d. Sarajevo), Zineta Mujaković (Una d.o.o. Bihać), and Kenan Osmanagić (Hrvatske pošte d.o.o. Mostar) were authorized today to participate in the work and decision-making at the upcoming assemblies of business companies.
