Vilić Discussed with Delegation from the US Embassy in BiH and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of that Country

Director of the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of BiH, Mirsad Vilić, received a delegation from the US Embassy in BiH and the US Department of State for a working visit, headed by Ambassador Jacob Walles from the US Department of State's Office of Counterterrorism.

During the meeting, Director Vilić informed the guests about the legal responsibilities of the Directorate. He also presented the jobs and tasks performed daily by the Directorate's police officers, as well as future planned activities.

The interlocutors also discussed the current security situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the activities of police agencies in Bosnia and Herzegovina in combating the most serious forms of crime. The guests emphasized that law enforcement agencies in BiH have full support in carrying out their activities, especially when it comes to combating crime and preserving a secure environment in BiH, reports NAP.
