(Patria) - The Council of Ministers of BiH adopted the Information of the Ministry of Civil Affairs on the need to adjust working hours in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Ministry of Civil Affairs, in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice, will submit a proposal for a decision on working hours in the Council of Ministers, BiH ministries, and other bodies of the Council of Ministers of BiH for consideration by the Council of Ministers of BiH within the next 30 days.
The proposed decision establishes working hours from 8 AM to 4 PM, with the exception of the Agency for Education and Professional Training of BiH Personnel, the Mine Action Centre in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH, which will adjust their working hours to the needs of their institutions and service users due to the specificity of their work.
A total of 55 institutions (65%) out of 84 at the state level (including trade unions) that participated in the survey by the Ministry of Civil Affairs supported the proposed working hours from 8 AM to 4 PM, while only eight responded negatively, and 21 institutions did not express their opinion on the proposal.
