Council of Ministers: Advisors will be appointed for the Chair and Deputy Chairs of both houses of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly

The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina has established a Proposal for amendments to the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Administration, proposed by the Ministry of Justice of BiH, whereby the amendments limit the appointment of advisors and chiefs of cabinets to the Chair and Deputy Chairs of both houses of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH.

Furthermore, the procedures for adopting rulebooks on the internal organization of ministries, administrative organizations, and administrative bodies and services are more clearly prescribed.

The General Secretariat will submit the Proposal for amendments to the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Administration to the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH.
