
(Patria) - The BiH Council of Ministers adopted the text of the Draft Collective Agreement for employees in BiH institutions at today's session, and the Chairperson Borjana Krišto was authorized to sign it.
Previously, the report of the Ministry of Justice on the procedure for negotiating the conclusion of the Collective Agreement for employees in BiH institutions was adopted. The negotiations were conducted by the previously appointed Negotiation Team of the BiH Council of Ministers and the Negotiation Team of the trade unions, namely: the Trade Union of Civil Servants and Employees in the Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Trade Union of the Indirect Taxation Authority, and the Alliance of Trade Unions of Police Bodies in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This is the first collective agreement for employees in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which regulates the mutual rights and obligations of the contracting parties in the areas of work and employment, salaries and compensation of civil servants, police officers, and employees in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, based on legal and sub-legal acts in this area.
