Council of Ministers Adopts Decision: BiH Enters 2022 with Interim Financing

(Patria) - The BiH Council of Ministers, at an extraordinary session, upon the proposal of the Ministry of Finance and Treasury, adopted the Decision on Interim Financing of BiH Institutions and International Obligations of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the period January - March 2022.

Funds in the amount of BAM 249,000,000 have been approved for the financing of BiH institutions during this period, which represents 1/4 of the funds approved for the financing of institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina in accordance with the Law on the Budget of Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina and international obligations of BiH for 2020.

The continuation of financing for multi-year projects adopted in the budgets of previous years, as well as special purpose programs, will be carried out from funds transferred in accordance with the Law on Financing of BiH Institutions, i.e., provided by dedicated donations and other earmarked funds.
