Council of Ministers to determine today whether the agents have identification

(Patria) - The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina at today's session should consider the Draft Law on the Prevention of Conflict of Interest in BiH Institutions, proposed by the Ministry of Justice of BiH.

The Council of Ministers should also take a position regarding the “mandate” of Monika Mijić and Jelena Cvijetić, who on September 19 requested the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg to review the decision made on the application of Slaven Kovačević.

The session agenda should also include the Proposal for a Decision on establishing a Working Group for drafting the Law on Border Control.

Among other things, the ministers will also consider the Information on the development of the Transition Plan for Migration Management, as well as the Information on the implementation of the Plan of Measures and Activities for the efficient management of the migrant crisis in BiH as of June 30 this year.

Also planned is the consideration of the request for the appointment of the BiH Governor to the World Bank, and the Analysis of the Foreign Trade Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the period I-VI 2023.

The ministers will also consider proposals for responses to more than 20 parliamentary questions.
