(Patria) - The Council of Ministers of BiH has not adopted any law for almost three months, and the last thing adopted was the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Salaries and Other Benefits in Judicial and Prosecutorial Institutions at the level of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Administrative Fees. These two laws were considered and adopted at the session on March 19.
Since then, the Council of Ministers of BiH has not considered any legal solution. And there are no laws on tomorrow's agenda.
The Ministry of Justice of BiH has repeatedly withdrawn the Law on Courts from the agenda due to the lack of agreement among the parties forming the state government regarding the seat of the Appellate Court. Although the Law on Foreign Affairs was discussed earlier, this law has not been on the agenda either.
At tomorrow's session, ministers will consider the Proposal of the Rules of Procedure of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Proposal of the Decision on the Adoption of the Strategy for the Fight Against Corruption 2024-2028 and the Action Plan for the Implementation of the Strategy for the Fight Against Corruption 2024-2028, proposed by the Agency for Prevention of Corruption and Coordination of Fight against Corruption (APIK).
The Council of Ministers of BiH should finally determine the Proposal of the Decision on determining the Plan for the admission of cadets to police agencies at the level of institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2024, and this item could not be considered at several previous sessions because the proposer, Minister of Security Nenad Nešić, was absent.
On the agenda is also the Proposal of the Decision on Amendments to the Decision on the approval of the "Construction Project" of the Agency for Identification Documents, Records and Data Exchange and the organizational unit in Banja Luka with the landscaping of the site, which will be included in the multi-year capital investment program for the period 2011 - 2014.
Ministers should also consider the work reports of 50 state institutions, several decisions and agreements, and information on the increased inflow of migrants to BiH.
