
(Patria) - The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina will meet today in the building of BiH institutions in Mostar. The start is scheduled for 12:00, and the proposed agenda includes 30 items.
At the session, which will be held for the first time outside the capital of BiH, the Draft Framework Budget Document of BiH institutions for the period 2024-2026 will be considered, as well as the Draft Law on the Budget of BiH Institutions and International Obligations of BiH for 2024.
The ministers will also consider a new text of the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) of BiH.
They should also consider the Proposal for a Decision on determining the purpose of part of the funds paid from licenses for the use of the radio frequency spectrum for providing services via mobile access systems.
Among other things, the agenda includes the Proposal for a Decision on determining the purpose of funds deposited in a dedicated account for projects to improve the road transport sector, as well as the Proposal for a Decision on the use of transferred earmarked funds paid on account of the granted license for universal mobile telecommunications systems.

Also, state ministers should consider the Proposal for a Decision on the use of part of the accumulated surplus of revenues over expenditures of the Communications Regulatory Agency (CRA) of BiH, realized as of December 31, 2021.
Agenda items also include the Proposal for a Decision on the amount of the base for calculating salaries of employees in BiH institutions for 2024, the Proposal for a Decision on the amount of annual leave allowance in BiH institutions for 2024, and the Proposal for a Decision on amending the Decision on the amount of daily allowance for official travel for employees in BiH institutions.
Consideration is also planned for the Draft Decision on the ratification of the Agreement between Serbia and BiH for the IPA III Cross-Border Cooperation Program "Serbia - BiH" for the period 2021-2027, as well as the Analysis of the trade exchange of agri-food products of BiH with the world for 2023.
