(Patria) - The Council of Ministers of BiH, at the proposal of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations, adopted the Decision on Criteria for the Appointment of Members of the Concessions Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as the mandates of the current members have expired.
The Decision establishes general and specific criteria for the selection of candidates and defines the work of the Commission for the Implementation of the Tender Procedure for the Election of Members of the Concessions Commission of BiH, appointed today.
The Concessions Commission of BiH has seven members, including the chairperson and their deputies, among whom three members reside in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and three in Republika Srpska, and one resides in the Brčko District of BiH.
The members of the Concessions Commission are appointed by the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH at the proposal of the Council of Ministers of BiH.
