(Patria) - The 79th session of the Council of Ministers of BiH has been scheduled for today in Sarajevo, starting at 1:00 PM. The agenda includes 60 items, with a larger number of sub-items.
State ministers are expected to, among other things, consider the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Administrative Procedure, proposed by the Ministry of Justice of BiH.
The agenda also includes information on the problems of carriers, as well as information on the debt of the Public Radio-Television Service of BiH to the European Broadcasting Union (EBU), prepared by the Ministry of Communications and Transport of BiH.
Ministers are also expected to review the conclusions from the session of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament, regarding the discussion on the initiative to find a way to pay the debt in the case of Viaduct d.o.o. Portorož.
The consideration of the Draft Agreement on a Loan (Sustainable, Integrated, and Safe Road Infrastructure Project) between BiH and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, along with the Basis for concluding the aforementioned agreement, is planned.
One of the agenda items is also information on the status of the Public Institution "National and University Library of Bosnia and Herzegovina".
Furthermore, ministers are expected to address the Report on the work of the Coordination Body, the Expert Team, and the Legal Team regarding the issue of radioactive waste and spent nuclear fuel disposal at the Čerkezovac site, Trgovska gora, Dvor municipality, Republic of Croatia.
