Council of Ministers of BiH: Will war criminals finally get a file in BiH as well

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Council of Ministers of BiH at its session scheduled for today should consider the Proposal for a Decision on amending the Decision on fees for the use of the radio frequency spectrum in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Also to be considered is the Information on the acceptance of final judgments from the Hague Tribunal (ICTY/MICT) for entry into the criminal records in BiH. Namely, currently the entry of a war crime into the criminal file is on a voluntary basis, which is nonsense. In addition, the ministers will consider the Information from the meeting with the registrar of the International Criminal Court.

The ministers will also consider the Proposal for a Decision on determining the annual quota of work permits for the employment of foreigners in BiH for 2020, as well as the Proposal for an Opinion on the Draft Law on amendments to the Law on Salaries and Allowances in the institutions of BiH, whose proponents are members of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH Predrag Kojović and Mirjana Marinković-Lepić.

Among other things, the Annual Audit Report on the main findings and recommendations for 2018 and the Report on the performed financial audit of the implementation of the Budget of the institutions of BiH for 2018 should be considered.
