VIDEO Disgrace: 9th Battalion marches through Knin, shouts "For the homeland ready!" and sings Ustasha songs

As Index's reporter on the ground reports, a shameful incident is currently unfolding in Knin. Namely, the 9th Battalion is marching through the city while shouting "For the homeland ready!" and singing Ustasha songs, reports the Patria news agency.

The police are not reacting but letting them pass, while Croatian Army officers in ceremonial uniforms wave at them and give them a thumbs up in support. The police on motorcycles did not even flinch as they passed by the procession, while others moved a barricade to allow them to pass peacefully.

In the footage, along with Ustasha songs, shouts of "God and Croats!" and "For the homeland ready!" are clearly heard on several occasions.

The spokesperson of the Šibenik-Knin Police Department, Marica Kosor, was not available for comment, although the Index journalist tried to contact her several times.
