(VIDEO) Traffic Jams on Roads to the South, Drive Carefully and Patiently

(Patria) - Driving conditions are favorable this morning, with occasional heavy traffic. The biggest traffic jams are expected today on the Sarajevo-Mostar road, as well as at border crossings. Drive carefully and avoid risky overtaking.

Traffic is heavy towards the south of our country, and Patria's team has filmed increased vehicle frequency near Konjic.

Due to the "20th Adventure Race Čapljina 2025" being held today from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, traffic will be suspended on the regional road R-425a Tromeđa-Čapljina-Gabela, section Čapljina-Struge, for a length of 2 km.

Due to an international race today from 12 PM to 5 PM, traffic will be suspended on the regional road R-413b Divičani-Kuprešani.

We remind you that traffic is allowed for all vehicles up to 3.5 tons of total mass on the Jablanica-Blidinje main road.

Works are underway on the sections of the highways Podlugovi-Sarajevo sjever and Doboj-Banja Luka, as well as on the main roads: Zenica-Žepče (Topčić Polje), Tuzla-Šićki Brod (turn for Lipnica), Ustikolina-Goražde (Mravinjac), Sarajevo-Pale, and Vrhpolje-Ključ.

Due to active landslides, we highlight the main roads Dobro Polje-Foča (at locations Sijeračke stijene and Tuhalji) and Gacko-Tjentište (between Čemerno and Surdup tunnels).

At border crossings, passenger vehicles are currently not waiting longer than 15 to 30 minutes. Brčko border crossing is open for passenger vehicles up to 3.5 tons.

Please note that waiting times at border crossings are subject to frequent changes. Drivers have access to video surveillance cameras on our website bihamk.ba.

Traffic is prohibited for vehicles over 5 tons of maximum allowed mass at the Karakaj border crossing (near Zvornik). Trucks over 5 tons are redirected to Bratunac or Rača border crossings, while buses can use Šepak GP. Trucks can use Šepak GP from 9 AM to 1 PM and from 10 PM to 6 AM (on weekends, they can cross between 10 PM and 6 AM).
