VIDEO Euro-Asfalt and ŽGP complete Sarajevo bypass three months ahead of schedule

Before it was completed, the Sarajevo bypass was attempted by companies SCT from Slovenia and Osijek-Koteks from Croatia. Neither of these EU companies managed to finish the job, after which the contracts with them were terminated, and the then government, still headed by Nermin Nikšić, awarded the job to domestic companies Euro-Asfalt and ŽGP.

A year later, Sarajevo gets a modern exit to the highway, worth just over 23 million KM, which domestic companies completed three months before the contract deadline.

The ceremonial opening of this road to traffic is on November 24, on the eve of the Statehood Day of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Patria writes.

The Sarajevo bypass will remain a testament that Bosnian-Herzegovinian intelligence can surpass that coming from the West!
