The best athlete of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Amel Tuka, won first place at the Diamond League meeting held in Monaco on Friday evening. Tuka achieved a time of 1:42.51 in the 800-meter race, which is a new national record for Bosnia and Herzegovina and the best result of the season, reports the Patria news agency.
Tuka competed in this elite sports competition for the first time and immediately excelled.
The best athlete from Bosnia and Herzegovina secured a ticket to Monte Carlo, and ahead of him is the World Championship to be held in Beijing.
