The Big Green Worm

Bosnia and Herzegovina can only be destroyed by Bosniak nationalism. All other nationalisms can make life in my homeland difficult, unbearable, slow down any potential process of improving the social and economic situation, but they cannot destroy it to the foundation.

This is what Svetozar Pudarić, who passed away yesterday, said in an interview with Belgrade's Novosti in July 2017.

Bosniak nationalism is indeed dangerous for this country if we consider parameters such as population size, geographical location... However, we should not forget the fact that Bosniaks, to a greater extent during the war, managed to avoid ethnic cleansing at the expense of others and maintain some semblance of multi-ethnicity.

Bosniak nationalism has not disappeared even today; it needs to be monitored and stopped as soon as it begins to awaken, but it is far milder than various forms of "isms" in BiH, its neighborhood, and Europe.

Today is a different time. Today, Bosniak national policy is far more dangerous than Bosniak nationalism.

And the most dangerous Bosniak national policy is the policy housed within the Bulgarian train of corruption, nepotism, and ignorance.

"Politics cannot be honest towards its own people while ruling through corrupt methods, enjoying all privileges, and talking about justice and honesty. What is the point of deception? It is an open secret that party power brokers have been trading their political power for decades. They even sell jobs. Like at a market. When village faculties started opening, it was natural that diplomas would be sold in subsequent installments. And most of them are found in politics. That's why an honest person won't go into politics, and they won't let their children attend village faculties. Politics has become a playground for the intellectually limited, for mediocrats," Sead Omeragić recently wrote in the article "The Secret of the Bulgarian Train: Bosniak National P(r)olitics".

Given everything we are witnessing and have witnessed over the past three decades of democracy in BiH, we can say with certainty that a big green worm is fundamentally destroying Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Over time, the green worm grew, and Bosnia and Herzegovina became smaller. In fact, there was less and less of Bosnia and Herzegovina within Bosnia and Herzegovina. And the least where those who defended it to the last drop of blood live.

From the dream of a unified and sovereign state of Bosniaks, Serbs, and Croats, a three-circle interest zone was created. Bosniak, Serbian, and Croatian.

The burrowing of the green worm in pursuit of its interests has torn this country apart, turning its healthy fruits into rot. The economy suffered first. In the post-war period, this worm devastated everything that the labor of workers had created over the past hundred years. Companies were destroyed, workers were left without a livelihood, and what was valuable was sold to friends at the bargain price of one KM.

Soon, the worm also destroyed education. They created a system where their children and the children of their friends would be educated based on the principle of coffee and a diploma. Such children are now leading experts, while those who struggle for four years and learn something either flee or languish and wait.

And a nation that says goodbye to its intellect will not live to say hello to a better future. That is why today's Bosniak children are intellectually inferior caricatures. What good can such children bring?

Because of this, the green worm in the system is worse than the Trojans and all other worms in virtual and real space.

After destroying the economy and education, the green worm decided to secure an eternal worldly position for itself. They devised a system where the worst chooses the best. Such a voter survives four years on 50 KM and euphorically defends their choice, while calling others enemies of BiH and Bosniaks.

Divide et impera. And it is not difficult to pit the semi-literate against those who think for themselves. The green worm is aware of this fact, which is why it has abandoned those who think.

Because, what business do you have to think? You don't need to, the organs of the green worm think for you. They defend your national interest.

The criminal green worm had another problem. Many criminal larvae, and here and there a strange judge would appear and judge based on evidence and convict friends from the first echelon of the green worm.

It didn't take long for the green worm to seize the hammer that signifies justice. And when the hammer is rotten, justice cannot remain healthy.

Who, after the above, and this is only a fraction of the rotten system, will remember the statement from the beginning that Bosniak nationalism is dangerous for the survival of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Admittedly, through the back door, the green worm has brought back from the dead the long-mourned Bosniak with the prefix of nationalism named Mustafa Busuladžić.

But, I am sure that even the greatest anti-fascists among us would be willing to bring Busuladžić back to this world in exchange for the political afterlife of the great green worm.
