Major project by the Municipality of Ilidža: Public inspection of cadastral re-survey data for KO Hrasnica begins on October 31st

(Patria) - The Municipality of Ilidža has invited citizens to a public inspection of the survey and cadastral classification data for the cadastral municipality of Hrasnica, following an aerial survey.

The procedure for public inspection of the survey and cadastral classification data for all real estate (land, buildings, apartments and business premises as separate parts of buildings, and other construction objects) located in the cadastral municipality of Hrasnica will begin on 31. 10. 2024. at the premises of the Local Community Hrasnica 1 (Trg branilaca Hrasnice bb street).

The commission will send a special invitation to each legal and natural person, for whom data and addresses have been collected, and for whose real estate the inspection is being conducted, at least eight (8) days before the data inspection, to come to the commission's working premises at the indicated time and submit all documents and evidence of rights to the real estate.

All persons who claim rights or have a legal interest in real estate in the cadastral municipality of Hrasnica are obliged to come to the commission's working premises at the designated time and provide the necessary information about the real estate.

Persons for whom personal data and addresses have not been collected and who have not been invited, but claim rights or have a legal interest in real estate in the cadastral municipality of Hrasnica, are obliged to report to the commission and bring all written documents that serve as proof of their legal interests in the real estate.

Citizens should bring their identity card, and legal entity representatives should bring authorization for representing the legal entity, as well as the legal entity's ID number. For minors, a Birth Certificate extract is required.

The public inspection of the survey and cadastral classification data will be conducted every working day from 9 AM to 3 PM in the commission's working premises (Local Community Hrasnica 1, Trg branilaca Hrasnice bb).
