Treason at the doorstep: The "Trojka" confirms Komšić's assessment about the election of the Presidency members according to HDZ's wishes!

(Patria) - A meeting of representatives of the state-level coalition attended by Milorad Dodik (SNSD), Dragan Čović (HDZ), and the leaders of the "Trojka" parties, Nermin Nikšić (SDP), Elmedin Konaković (NiP), and Edin Forto (NS) was held yesterday in Laktaši near Banja Luka, and documents of alleged agreements have begun to be published.

One of the documents addresses the election of the members of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Election of the members of the BiH Presidency: the proposal is that the candidate from the Bosniak people be elected by the entire FBiH, for the Croat member it is changed in the previously proposed way by HDZ BiH - this is the point of the agreement between the "Trojka", HDZ, and SNSD, from which it is clear that the "Trojka" is ready to hand over the BiH Presidency to HDZ.

Such a pessimistic outcome was stated by the member of the BiH Presidency Željko Komšić in a recent interview for SB.

We will see if the "Trojka" will hold out. I wouldn't bet on their endurance, I tend to believe they will give in, because as we can see, they are giving him everything, so why wouldn't they give him the Presidency.

There will also be those naive ones who will tell Čović that there is no need to change the Election Law in that way because I have no right to run in 2026. But this will not help the "Trojka" at all, because HDZ will seek not 100% but 101% guarantees. When they reach that stage, the "Trojka" will probably explain why the Presidency must be handed over to HDZ for the sake of the European path, how the BiH Presidency (although in extraordinary circumstances it can take over all powers) is actually not important at all, etc., etc.
