At 12:25 PM, the entire power system in BiH, Croatia, Montenegro, and Albania collapsed.
Some cities in BiH received power a little over an hour later, while Sarajevo was still without electricity. Elektroprivreda BiH stated that they are working on restoring the system. It is expected that the electricity supply will normalize soon.
Tram and trolleybus traffic is stalled, and GRAS and Centrotrans buses are operating from Ilidža to Baščaršija. The number of vehicles on this line has increased.
Traffic has also collapsed due to non-functioning traffic lights.
