Emergency session of the HJPC, announcement of candidates for the Constitutional Court of the FBiH

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HJPC BiH) will hold an emergency session today and, according to announcements, will determine the proposal of candidates for the Constitutional Court of the FBiH, it was announced from this institution.

As stated, the appointment of several acting judicial officials is also expected.

All candidates for positions will be given the opportunity to address the members of the HJPC and present the fundamental guidelines of their work.

Among other things, the members of the HJPC BiH should declare on membership in the working bodies of this regulatory body, as well as the election of Council members who will perform strategic oversight of the Project for Improving Court Efficiency and Accountability of Judges and Prosecutors in Bosnia and Herzegovina – third phase (ICEA III).
