Emergency session of the BiH Presidency: Submit information on the activities of SOA and Consul Bandić

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina today requested from the Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina to submit to the Presidency within three days a comprehensive information on the activities of the Security and Intelligence Agency of the Republic of Croatia and the Consul General of the Republic of Croatia in Bosnia and Herzegovina, it was announced from the BiH Presidency.

In the focus of the scandal in recent days has been the Croatian SOA after it was published that intelligence officers and diplomats of the Republic of Croatia attempted at least twice to recruit members of the Salafi movement from BiH for transporting weapons and explosives to mosques in the area of the Zenica-Doboj Canton.

Media reports on the intelligence activities of Croatia against BiH, published by Žurnal, were confirmed by the Minister of Security of BiH Dragan Mektić.
The media reported that the intelligence activities from Croatia against BiH also involved journalist Mato Đaković, as well as Deputy Minister of Security Mijo Krešić, and Croatian Consul in Tuzla Ivan Bandić.
