Emergency Press Conference of SDP BiH Due to Amendments to the FBiH Labor Law

Regarding the Proposal of the FBiH Government on amendments to the Labor Law of the Federation of BiH, SDP BiH is organizing an emergency press conference today.

The press conference will be held at the SDP BiH Headquarters, Alipašina 41, Sarajevo, starting at 1:00 PM.

We remind you that the FBiH Government, at yesterday's session, adopted the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Labor Law and forwarded it to urgent parliamentary procedure. The reasons are that during the application of this law, which has been in force since August 20, 2015, in consultations and discussions with institutions, employers, unions, and all those responsible for its implementation and control, certain life and legal situations have been identified that require corrections for the purpose of its better implementation and a more quality business environment.
