Decision on purchasing Hidrogradnja building revoked

The Council of Ministers of BiH adopted a Decision revoking the Decision of the Council of Ministers of BiH on purchasing a building for the accommodation of institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Sarajevo - the Hidrogradnja building at Hamdije Kreševljakovića street 19, published in the „Official Gazette of BiH", no. 78/14, reports the Patria News Agency.

The Council of Ministers of BiH appointed a commission that will conduct the procurement procedure for the building for the accommodation of BiH institutions, and funds in the amount of 9 million KM were previously secured.      

We remind that the BiH Prosecutor's Office did not give consent for the purchase of the Hidrogradnja building in Sarajevo due to the endangerment of property interests of BiH. The explanation states that during the purchase procedure, the possibility of establishing a legal mortgage was determined, as well as the existence of a claim secured by a mortgage agreement on the Hidrogradnja building, it was announced from the Council of Ministers of BiH.
