The association „Gračaničko keranje“ will this year mark July 11 – the Day of Remembrance for the victims of the Srebrenica genocide symbolically by distributing promotional material and the Flower - Remembrance, known today as the Srebrenica Flower, reports the Patria news agency.
The marking of July 11 will be organized on July 10 and 11 starting at 11 a.m. in Sarajevo (BBI Plateau), Zenica (Alija Izetbegović Square), Bihać (In front of the City Gallery), and in Mostar (Španski Square) starting at 5 p.m.
The flower carries its message: White is for innocence; Green is for hope; Eleven petals for July 11, 1995. The flower carries remembrance with it.
