Enjoy the snowy charms of Vlašić and Vranica

New snowfall in central Bosnia has once again delighted winter sports enthusiasts and companies managing ski resorts. The ski slopes have gained additional quality and are ready to welcome new tourists and visitors. According to information from the ski resorts, ski centers on Vlašić (SRC „Vlašić“, „Eko Fis Vlašić“ , Baby lift Hotel „Sunce“) and Vranica (RC „Brusnica“) are operating at full capacity today, reports the Patria News Agency.  

As announced, after the slopes are prepared, other ski centers will open their doors starting tomorrow: „Busovačka planina“, „Pridolci“, „Rostovo“ and „Ranča“.

A power outage in the Rostovo area has prevented the normal operation of the Rostovo mountain ski resort, but as reported by the ski center, electricity distribution teams are on site and a swift repair of the power grid failure is expected.

Unfortunately, there is still not enough snow at the „Raduša“ ski center, and the ski resort remains closed.

The snow depth at the ski resorts ranges from 25 to 43 cm, and all roads to the ski resorts are passable and regularly maintained.

All drivers are requested to use the prescribed winter equipment on their vehicles when visiting the ski centers.
