Alongside Stolac and Mostar, Jajce is the only municipality in BiH that has not formed a government

The Association of Jajce residents „Kraljevski grad“ calls on all political parties active in the Jajce Municipal Council to establish the municipal government as soon as possible and stop holding citizens as their hostages.

Jajce, namely, still has not adopted a budget for 2017, which jeopardizes the basic functioning of the Municipality.

The public is almost unaware that Jajce, if we exclude Stolac and Mostar, is the only municipality in BiH that has not formed a government nearly three and a half months after the elections, which is devastating.

- As far as is known, the Chairman of the Municipal Council and his deputies were not elected solely due to inter-party distribution of public institutions and companies. Therefore, we call on party leaderships to get serious and form a government in accordance with the results of the 2016 municipal elections.

Also, we appeal to the leaderships of parties gathered around the HDZ to stop the policy of blackmail and media deception of citizens and, in cooperation with political partners, implement the will of Jajce residents expressed in the past elections - the statement said, as reported by Patria.
