(Patria) - The House of Representatives of the BiH PA adopted the Proposal for Amendments to the Election Law, which was submitted to the parliamentary procedure by SDA with 27 votes in favour. These amendments were supported by the opposition from RS. This concerns the introduction of new technologies into the election process, namely the introduction of scanners at polling stations, which would prevent manipulation of vote counting.
Amendments by Šerif Špago regarding the correction of normative-technical errors were also adopted, while the conclusion of NIP MP Nihad Omerović was not adopted.
"Laws that are under urgent procedure can have normative-technical errors and typographical errors corrected," Špago said.
A conclusion by Šerif Špago to send this law to the House of Peoples of the BiH PA under urgent procedure was also voted on.
SDS MP Darko Babalj requested that materials be provided in Cyrillic in the future because "half do not understand Latin script".
