At the session of the Constitutional-Legal Committee of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (PSBiH), the decision on the Report on the Public Debate held on the issue of the status of Sutorina has been postponed, reports the Patria News Agency.
The committee members adopted a conclusion that will be sent to the House of Representatives of the PSBiH, stating that the Constitutional-Legal Committee assesses that additional consultations with experts in international public law, as well as with experts in constitutional law, are necessary regarding the issue of the status of Sutorina. After that, the conclusion further states, the Constitutional-Legal Committee will submit a report on this issue to the House of Representatives of the PSBiH for a decision.
An initiative by MP Denis Bećirović, which tasks the Council of Ministers of BiH to prepare and submit a Bill on the Prohibition of Inciting and Spreading National, Religious, Racial, and Other Forms of Hatred in BiH to the parliamentary procedure in 2015, was also supported and sent to the House of Representatives of the PSBiH for a decision.
