The Council for the Protection of Vital National Interest at the Constitutional Court of Republika Srpska will consider today the veto of the Bosniak Club from the Council of Peoples of RS on the announced referendum on January 9th as the Day of RS.
If the Council determines that the veto is acceptable, the final decision on whether the vital national interest of Bosniaks has been violated in the case of marking January 9th as the Day of RS will be known by the end of August.
The Council for the Protection of Vital National Interest will be chaired by judge Duško Medić, writes Patria.
